E\u2019 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: IT;\">stata costituita nel maggio 2012 per volont\u00e0 di un gruppo di cittadini con esperienza nell\u2019ambito del primo soccorso. L\u2019Associazione svolge, in via esclusiva e prevalente, attivit\u00e0 d\u2019interesse generale principalmente a favore di terzi, avvalendosi in modo prevalente delle prestazioni personali, volontarie e gratuite dei propri associati e fornendo un valido contributo nel campo dell\u2019assistenza socio-sanitaria, del soccorso territoriale e della protezione civile.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; text-align: left;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif'; font-size: 10pt; background-color: white; text-align: justify;\">L\u2019Associazione \u00e8 iscritta al Registro Regionale della Regione Lazio, Sezione Sanit\u00e0, con determina N. G17487 del 12.12.2022.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst\" style=\"margin-left: 0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif';\">Come stabilito dalla riforma del terzo settore, gli enti non commerciali aventi ricavi, rendite, proventi o entrate, comunque denominate, non superiori a 220.000,00 euro possono redigere un semplice rendiconto per cassa e, come previsto dallo statuto dell\u2019Associazione, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: IT;\">ogni anno l\u2019Assemblea dei soci \u00e8 convocata per l\u2019approvazione del bilancio dell\u2019esercizio precedente, proposto e redatto dal Consiglio Direttivo.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst\" style=\"margin-left: 0cm; Il progetto \u00e8 stato approvato ed \u00e8 stato concesso un contributo di 25.000,00 \u20ac che sar\u00e0 totalmente \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 utilizzato per l\u2019acquisto del Renault Kangoo il cui prezzo di listino \u00e8 di 27.000,00 \u20ac.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: normal; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Times New
